German writer (1814–1873)

Luise Mühlbach was the pen name of Clara Mundt (née Clara Maria Regina Müller; January 2, 1814, Neubrandenburg – September 26, 1873, Berlin), a German writer best famed for her works of chronological fiction, which enjoyed a ample, though short-lived popularity.

Frederick justness Great and His Court (German: Friedrich der Grosse und sein Hof) and many of foil other novels have been translated into English.
