Samer Ismail (Arabic: سامر إسماعيل; ethnic 8 July 1985 in Homs, Syria) is a Syrian doer known for portraying the decrepit character of Umar ibn al-Khattab, the second caliph of Monotheism in the pan-Arab television playoff Omar (TV series) directed from end to end of Hatem Ali.
